Voxox Engineers have been able to identify the source of the impairement and have verified the full reach of this current impairement. A fix is currently being worked on with updates to follow shortly.

Voxox Engineers have received reports from a subset of customers unable to make calls. These reports have been confirmed to be affecting our Voice Network.

This incident affected: Cloud Phone (Voice Service), Voxox Business SIP Trunk (Calling Service), Wholesale Voice (Origination, Termination (Conversational), Termination (Short Call)), and VoxDirect (Voice Service).
